We plan, design and manufacture dies measured in microns and sub-microns.

Inside a mobile telephone only 1 cm thick, there are many molds smaller than 1 cm. Dies must be manufactured on a 1/1000mm scale to produce such precise molds. We design and manufacture our dies on micron and sometimes sub-micron scales. We take advantage of our leading edge facilities for processing dies, and our engineers constantly strive to achieve an invisible accuracy.

Die design section
The first step in manufacturing dies on the level of 1/1000mm is planning and design. Engineering drawings by CAD become the base of the following processes such as material procurement, machining and assembly. We design dies based on the accumulation of a large volume of previous data and know-how, and our predicting of molding conditions. Creativity and delicacy are necessary at this initial stage of processing.

Retaining accuracy of dimensional tolerance to the unit of micron is easier said than done. Machines cannot carry out all the processes for die production. Engineers pay attention to humidity and temperature in machining and draw on their resources to produce dies. This process needs not only technical knowledge but also experience and creativity.
